Stanford Women in Design is excited to host our Spring Conference: Designing the Future. In line with these conference values, we are committed to making this virtual conference programming as accessible as possible to individuals with disabilities. Please find a summary of our accessibility plan below which includes our commitments for creating an accessible and inclusive conference.

When URLs or other resources are mentioned, we will have someone designated to type them into the chat window - or follow up with participants after the meeting - to help facilitate folks finding those resources.
We will allow participants to ask questions either verbally, with or without using the hand raising function, or by typing in the chat. Additionally, you may send questions before the event via the zoom registration.
